Applications open for ICANN88 Fellowship Program
ICANN has opened applications for its fellowship programme for the ICANN88 Community Forum, scheduled for March 2027 in Lisbon.
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) opened applications for the ICANN88 Community Forum Fellowship Program on 21 July 2026.
ICANN88 is scheduled to take place from 13 to 18 March 2027 in Lisbon, Portugal. If the meeting is moved online, the fellowship programme will also be held virtually.
Applications must be submitted by 21 August 2026 at 23:59 UTC. ICANN plans to announce successful candidates on 10 November 2026.
The programme is open to people who are interested in or already involved in ICANN’s work. This includes policy development, Domain Name System operations, and work related to the security and stability of the global internet.
The fellowship is intended to support participation by people from underserved and underrepresented communities and strengthen their involvement in ICANN’s multistakeholder processes.
