European Commission invites civil society input on Digital Services Act implementation
Submissions will help the Commission better understand how different organisations contribute to enforcement and oversight, and may lead to future opportunities for participation in events and consultations.

The European Commission has launched a new initiative aimed at strengthening civil society engagement in the implementation of the Digital Services Act (DSA). Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) across Europe are now invited to complete a dedicated online form to share their work, research, and initiatives relevant to the DSA.
From consumer protection and electoral integrity to safeguarding minors and conducting systemic risk assessments, CSOs play a vital role in ensuring that the DSA delivers on its promise of a safer, fairer, and more transparent digital environment. This call is not just about compliance—it’s about collaboration.
The form, available at https://europa.eu/!7Wk4Mh, seeks to build a comprehensive picture of ongoing civil society efforts tied to DSA themes. Submissions will help the Commission better understand how different organisations contribute to enforcement and oversight, and may lead to future opportunities for participation in events and consultations.
Organisations are encouraged to upload relevant studies, reports, or links showcasing their work.
Importantly, respondents are reminded that the information provided may be subject to access-to-documents requests under EU transparency rules. If any materials are confidential or embargoed until a specified date, this should be clearly marked within the form.
