The European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA)has opened a call for experts to support evaluations under the EU’s Digital Europe Programme.

The programme funds projects that build strategic digital capacity across the EU and support the deployment of digital technologies.

HaDEA is seeking experts with experience in areas such as ICT systems, cybersecurity, digital health, AI for health and education, semiconductors, cloud and edge computing, data science, robotics, blockchain, 5G and 6G, and software engineering.

The call also includes education technology and digital skills. Relevant profiles include specialists in learning management systems, student information systems, education data standards, advanced digital training, upskilling, reskilling, and industry-academia cooperation.

Experts with experience in EU project evaluation and financial management are also invited, including those familiar with lump sum funding and financial support to third parties.

Selected experts will help assess project proposals submitted through Digital Europe Programme calls. The role is tied to the quality of funding decisions, particularly in areas where proposals require both technical knowledge and understanding of deployment needs.
