19th Latin American and Caribbean Internet Governance Forum
The 19th Latin American and Caribbean Internet Governance Forum was held on November 4, 5, and 6 in Fortaleza, Brazil, and hosted by ABRINT, CGI.br, and NIC.br. The event will convene governments, the private sector, the technical community, academia and civil society to discuss regional internet governance priorities.
LACIGF has, over its editions, consolidated its role as a regional space for multistakeholder dialogue on internet governance. The forum brings together representatives from governments, the private sector, the technical community, academia and civil society organisations. Participants present and discuss perspectives on digital public policy, infrastructure development, access and connectivity, human rights online, cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks.
Further information on dates, registration and the program will be announced by the hosts.
