Registration opens for IGF 2026 in Nairobi
Registration is now open for the 21st annual meeting of the Internet Governance Forum, which will take place in Nairobi, Kenya, from 14 to 18 December 2026 under the theme ‘Governing the Internet in the Age of Intelligence: Our Shared Responsibility’.
Registration has opened for IGF 2026, the 21st annual meeting of the Internet Governance Forum, to be held in Nairobi, Kenya, from 14 to 18 December 2026.
The meeting will bring together representatives of governments, the private sector, civil society, the technical community, academia and youth to discuss current and emerging issues related to Internet governance. The 2026 edition will focus on the theme ‘Governing the Internet in the Age of Intelligence: Our Shared Responsibility’.
Participants will be able to attend the meeting either in person in Nairobi or online. Registration is available through the UN Accreditation System.
The Internet Governance Forum is a multistakeholder platform that provides space for dialogue on public policy issues related to the Internet and digital technologies. IGF 2026 will continue in this format over five days of discussions with stakeholders from different sectors and regions.
