IGF 2026 to hold second open consultations and MAG meeting in Geneva
The Internet Governance Forum will hold its second round of open consultations and a meeting of its Multistakeholder Advisory Group from 7 to 9 September 2026 in Geneva and online.
The Internet Governance Forum (IGF) will hold its 2026 Second Open Consultations and Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) Meeting from 7 to 9 September at the Geneva International Conference Centre (CICG), Switzerland.
The meeting will be open to both onsite and online participants. Advance registration through the UN’s INDICO platform is required for all participants. Those attending onsite will need approved registration and a valid passport or identity document issued by a UN Member State.
Registered online participants will receive access to the meeting via Zoom, while the sessions will also be available through the IGF’s livestream.
The meeting will form part of the preparations for IGF 2026 and provide a forum for consultations among stakeholders and discussions within the MAG.
