Digital Rights and Inclusion Forum 2026 (DRIF26)

The 2026 edition of the Digital Rights and Inclusion Forum, DRIF26, organised by Paradigm Initiative, will take place from 14 to 16 April 2026 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

The Forum is designed as a multistakeholder platform, convening policymakers, government representatives, legislators, civil society organisations, non-governmental organisations, academia, members of the technical community, media professionals, innovators, and private sector actors. Participants are expected to exchange ideas, share research and experiences, and highlight initiatives that advance digital rights and foster inclusive digital development.

The 2026 theme, Building Inclusive and Resilient Digital Futures, builds on the 2025 focus on ‘Promoting Digital Ubuntu in Approaches to Technology.’
