ITU-R Study Group 1 Meeting on Spectrum Management

A meeting of Study Group 1 on Spectrum Management under the Radiocommunication Sector of the International Telecommunication Union is scheduled to take place on 11 June 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Study Group 1 operates within the ITU Radiocommunication Sector and is responsible for studies related to spectrum management, including national and international regulatory frameworks, spectrum efficiency, and the development of recommendations that support the rational, equitable, and efficient use of radio-frequency spectrum and satellite orbits.

Meetings of Study Group 1 provide a technical forum for administrations, regulators, and other stakeholders to exchange information and contribute to ongoing studies. The work supports global coordination of spectrum use and informs decisions taken at World Radiocommunication Conferences.
