The AU-EU Civil Society and Youth Forum will take place from 20 to 21 November 2025 in Luanda, Angola. The event will be held in English.

This Forum brings together 100 representatives of civil society and youth from Africa and Europe. Its purpose is to encourage dialogue, share perspectives on key regional issues, and develop recommendations that will be presented to leaders at the upcoming AU-EU Summit. The program includes panel discussions, interactive sessions and thematic workshops. The Forum builds on previous editions and is part of the broader implementation of the AU-EU Joint Vision 2030.
