WSIS+20 Virtual Stakeholder Consultation on Rev1
The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs will hold a virtual stakeholder consultation on the revised draft outcome document (Rev1) for the WSIS+20 review on 14 November 2025 at 8:00 a.m. EST. The meeting follows General Assembly resolution A/RES/79/277 and provides an opportunity for governments, international organisations, the technical community, private sector actors, academia, and civil society to share input on the updated text.
Participants are invited to provide paragraph-specific comments to support a focused review of the document and the broader assessment of progress since the World Summit on the Information Society. General observations are also welcome, but the consultation will prioritise targeted feedback aimed at refining the text.
Participation is open to all stakeholders, and registration is required in advance. Registration closes on 7 November 2025. The consultation will take place online via Zoom, and registered participants will receive connection details.
